Cardio & Core Class is a class that combines cardio activity with core strengthening exercises. Cardio components could include short distance runs or in studio drills such as, but not limited to, jump rope, jumping jacks or modified box jumps. To build a strong core you need to exercise a variety of muscles, from your hips to your shoulders.
Workout clothes, shoes, and a towel.
